Our customisable repair services for industrial enterprises cover all electromechanical equipment and are essential to our everyday work. Our core competencies include windings, gearboxes, alignments and various measurements. In addition, our services include the manufacture of spare parts and products.

Building trust, maintaining cost efficiency and delivering on time are the foundation our work is based on. We repair and maintain electric motors, pumps, lifting equipment, fans, magnets, hydropower plants, hydraulic systems and gearboxes.

WINDING WITH A WIDE RANGE
OF EXPERTISE

We are experts in winding. Our winding team consists of 17 experts from different professional groups, so we can manage not only winding but also all the related processes. Thanks to our flexible approach, we can deliver at a very short notice. We repair all makes and sizes – including special builds.

GEARBOX MAINTENANCE

We service and repair gearboxes of major brands with competence achieved with years of experience.
The maximum weight of a gearbox hoisted in one lift is 32 tonnes. With our mobile lifting equipment, we can handle loads that are even heavier than that.

We have certificates from several gearbox manufacturers. We service the gearboxes of all manufacturers, such as Bauer, Gear, Nordgear, Flender, Sumitomo, Hansen, Motox, Santasalo, SEW and Benzler.

ALIGNMENT

We carry out alignments with Optalign laser equipment.

MEASUREMENTS

We provide servomotor measurements, balancing, bearing analyses and alignments using the latest technology. We use e.g. Heidenhain and Prüftechnik equipment.

ELECTRONICS

We offer repair, measurement and adjustment services for power electronics.

FINISHING

All repaired equipment, machines and parts are carefully finished before leaving our workshop. We paint equipment in our own paint shop so that it is as good as new when delivered to the customer.
